Neighbourhood Planning
The Parish Council undertook a Housing Needs Survey which provided the evidence that there was no / need or demand for additional housing developments in the Parish. This negated the requirement to develop a Neighbourhood Plan for the Parish. This may change when the next Cheshire East Local Plan is developed
